Refund policy

Pre-launch site. CharmePrivé has not been officially launched yet. Profiles marked “Demo” are demonstration content: they are not real people, they are not active and they cannot be contacted. This notice stays in place as long as demonstration profiles are on the site.

1. What you pay

A listing plan for 30 days, as a single payment with no automatic renewal, in euros (€). Current prices are shown on the advertising page.

2. Registration refused

You are only charged after your registration is verified and approved. If it is refused, nothing is charged.

3. When we refund

Full refund for duplicate or unauthorized charges, and if a technical problem on our side keeps your listing from being displayed for more than 72 consecutive hours (or, at your choice, we extend the plan by the same period).

4. When we do not refund

Once activated and displayed normally, the plan is not refundable, including if the listing is removed for violating the terms or the anti-exploitation policy.

5. How to request

Write to fabiofranca25@gmail.com with the account e-mail and the payment date, within 14 days of the charge. We reply within 5 business days; approved refunds return to the same card within 10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before disputing the charge with your bank, please contact us: we resolve it faster and without harm to your account.
