Anti-trafficking and exploitation policy

Pre-launch site. CharmePrivé has not been officially launched yet. Profiles marked “Demo” are demonstration content: they are not real people, they are not active and they cannot be contacted. This notice stays in place as long as demonstration profiles are on the site.

1. Zero tolerance

CharmePrivé does not tolerate human trafficking, sexual exploitation, coercion, forced labor or any involvement of minors. Accounts and listings linked to any of these are removed immediately and reported to the competent authorities.

2. Adults only, only themselves

Only people aged 18 or over, advertising themselves. We do not accept agencies, pimps, “managers” or third-party managed profiles: each account has a single listing, belonging to the person themselves.

3. How we verify

Before going live, every registration requires an official ID document, a selfie holding the document and a comparison video, manually reviewed by a moderator. No profile is published without that approval.

4. Signs we investigate

Photos or text suggesting a minor; accounts operated by someone else; a person who appears to be controlled by others; payment or contact required through an intermediary; photos reused from other people.

5. How to report

Every profile has a “Report” button with the reason “trafficking or exploitation”. You can also write to fabiofranca25@gmail.com. Reports of this kind are prioritized, and you may report without identifying yourself.

6. What we do

We take the content down, preserve the information needed for investigation and notify the authorities. In Brazil, anyone can also report through Disque 100 (dial 100).
