Pre-launch site. CharmePrivé has not been officially launched yet. Profiles marked “Demo” are demonstration content: they are not real people, they are not active and they cannot be contacted. This notice stays in place as long as demonstration profiles are on the site.

1. Site status (pre-launch)

CharmePrivé is in pre-launch. Profiles marked “Demo” are illustrative content and do not represent real people. Listings from real people go live only after they are verified and approved by a moderator.

2. What CharmePrivé is

An advertising platform where independent adults publish their own profile. We are not an agency, we do not arrange meetings, we do not set prices, we charge no commission and we do not receive payments made between advertiser and client. Any arrangement is directly between the parties.

3. Age of majority

Access is restricted to people aged 18 or over. By entering, you declare that you are 18 or older and accept these terms. Advertisers prove their age with an official ID document, a selfie holding the document and a comparison video.

4. Advertiser account

Each account has a single listing, which belongs to the person being advertised. Profiles run by third parties, agencies or intermediaries are not accepted. Every registration goes through identity verification and manual approval by a moderator before going live.

5. Allowed and prohibited content

It is prohibited to publish images of another person without their authorization, content involving minors, coercion, exploitation, human trafficking or any illegal activity. Photos with nudity are shown blurred until the visitor confirms they want to view them. We may refuse, suspend or remove any listing.

6. Plans and payment

A listing is published under a paid plan for 30 days, as a single payment (no automatic renewal). Payment is only taken after your registration is approved. Prices and conditions are on the advertising page and in the Refund policy.

7. Reports and removal

Every profile has a report button. Reports are reviewed by moderation; suspected exploitation, minors or trafficking are removed and referred to the authorities. See the Anti-trafficking and exploitation policy.

8. Liability

Listing content is the responsibility of whoever publishes it. CharmePrivé does not guarantee users’ conduct nor the outcome of any contact between them.
