Privacy and cookies

Pre-launch site. CharmePrivé has not been officially launched yet. Profiles marked “Demo” are demonstration content: they are not real people, they are not active and they cannot be contacted. This notice stays in place as long as demonstration profiles are on the site.

1. Who is responsible

The data controller is 64.005.337 FABIO FRANCA SOBRAL RODRIGUES (MEI), contact at fabiofranca25@gmail.com. We process data in line with Brazil’s LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR.

2. What data we collect

Visitors: no registration is required; we only keep the technical preferences described under “Cookies”. Advertisers: e-mail, password (stored only in irreversibly hashed form), listing data (photos, videos, city, prices, contact) and, for verification, an ID document, a selfie holding the document and a comparison video. Reports: the reason and details you provide.

3. Verification documents

The document, selfie and video are kept in private storage, outside any public address, and can only be viewed by moderators authenticated with two-step verification. They are never published or shared, and are used only to confirm age and identity. They can be deleted at your request, when the listing is deleted, or when no longer needed.

4. What we use it for

To run the account and listing, verify identity and age, moderate content, handle reports, prevent fraud and exploitation, process payments and meet legal obligations. We do not sell data and we use no third-party ads or advertising trackers.

5. Payments

Card data is handled directly by the payment provider; it never reaches our servers and we do not store it. We only receive the payment confirmation.

6. Cookies and storage

We only use essential items: the account session cookie (cp_sessao), language preference (charme_locale), age confirmation (cp_maior) and, in your browser, the favorites list (localStorage). We use no analytics or advertising cookies, so we show no consent banner. If that changes, we will ask for your consent first.

7. Your rights

You can request access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to fabiofranca25@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days. You may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Retention

We keep data while the account exists and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations and prevent fraud; afterwards it is deleted or anonymized.
